Cancellations, Complaints, Refunds and Returns

COMPLAINTS & CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us first if you are not happy with your order/purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, request a refund or make a complaint for any other reason, then you must contact us as soon as possible. We will respond within 48 hours.

We will need to know:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The name of the person or organisation who placed the order (if different)
  • Your invoice/order number
  • What has gone wrong
  • How you would like us to respond


RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your manuals or books for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, undamaged and in the original packaging. You will need to pay for the return shipping costs and we should receive the book/s within a further 14 days. The return address can be found on your original packaging - please contact us if necessary.

If you are requesting a refund for an online training or online self help course, then the online account must not have been accessed (and the manual/book must be returned as above).

We will refund your payment via your original payment method within 14 days (normally much sooner!) of receiving the manuals/books.
