Refunds & Cancellations

REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us first if you are not happy with your order/purchase. If you wish to cancel your order or request a refund, then you must contact us as soon as possible.

If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your manuals or books for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, undamaged and in the original packaging. You will need to pay for the return shipping costs and we must receive the books within a further 14 days.  The return address can be found on your original packaging - please contact us if necessary.

If you are requesting a refund for an online training or online self help course, then the online account must not have been accessed (and the manual/book must be returned as above).

We will refund your payment via your original payment method within 14 days (normally much sooner!) of receiving the manuals/books.
